- feat: add SSE transport option to MediaWiki MCP server - Updated package.json to include 'commander' and 'express' dependencies. - Added CLI options for transport type (stdio or sse), port, and host. - Implemented SSE transport handling in the server, including endpoints for establishing connections and handling messages. - Retained stdio transport functionality for backward compatibility.
